چکیده
Abstract In this study, the microscale thermal propagation behavior of cold-rolled aluminum alloy sheets was characterized using a thermoreflectance (TR) method from micro and macro perspectives, relationship between crystallite sizes with different rolling reduction rates their characteristics described. The were analyzed by X-ray diffraction Scherrer’s equation. these specimens measured TR high spatial resolution several micrometers through focused laser beam controlling diffusion length. macroscale then two methods: spot periodic heating electrical resistance measurement Wiedemann–Franz law. Experimental results showed that correlated change in size. However, conductivity decreased an increase rate regardless It is expected at can be controlled

Fatigue and Anisotropic behaviours of cold rolled AA1200 Aluminium Alloy
This study examines the fatigue and anisotropy behaviour of cold rolled AA1200 aluminium alloy for light weight automotive connecting rod application. Aluminium (Al) 1200 ingots were melted at temperature of 680 0C (after one hour of heating) cast in sand mould and cast samples homogenized for 6 hrs at 480 0C. The cold rolling process was carried out after homogenisation for 10, 20, 30, 40 and ...
متن کاملMicrostructural evolution during recrystallization in hot rolled Aluminum Alloy 1050
The evolution of texture as a function of recrystallization has been characterized for hot-rolled AA1050. Samples prepared from a hot rolled sheet were annealed isothermally for sufficient time to allow complete recrystallization. The spatial orientation variation within the deformed microstructure of nucleation, growth and orientations of recrystallized grains is examined. The microstructural ...
متن کاملEFFECTS OF TEXTURE ON THE DAMPING CHARACTERISTICS OF COLD-ROLLED AND ANNEALED Ti50Ni40Cu10 SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY
S. H. Chang, S. H. Hsiao, National I-Lan University, Taiwan Cold-rolled and annealed Ti50Ni40Cu10 shape memory alloy possesses a major (110)[001] texture along the rolling direction and a minor {111} γ-fiber texture along the normal direction. The damping capacity of the B2→B19 and B19→B2 martensitic transformation internal friction peaks for the Ti50Ni40Cu10 shape memory alloy was more pr...
متن کاملAcoustic Characteristics of Fatigued Aluminum Alloy Using Ultrasonic Shear Waves
Cyclic-tension fatigue of aluminum alloy, Al-4Cu-1Mg, was determined by an analysis of diffracted SH and SV waves, passing through the surface and reflecting the bottom of the specimen, respectively. The internal friction of SV waves begins to increase from fatigue damage ratio(=N/Nf) of 0.5. This suggests increase of movable dislocation. From the analysis of SH waves, the logarithmic damping r...
متن کاملAnisotropy of Thermal Fatigue Properties of Cold-Rolled TiNi Sheet
The texture of cold-rolled and heat-treated TiNi sheet has been measured and designated as {110}(1i0)p. This material has been used in thermal fatigue tests during and after which the anisotropy and development of several thermomechanical properties, such as transformation temperatures and strains, have been measured. Furthermore, the resulting changes of texture after thermal fatigue are prese...
